Update on Virus Hunter Island Hi Everyone! Sorry that I wasn't writing lately but I just wanted to tell you that virus hunter was available to members yesterday and I finished it as the 104th finisher! I was on doctor hare's lair at 1:50pm today and I saw that Dr. Hare's lair was racing in supporters! No, for real! I refreshed the page each minute and there was 1 or 2 more supporters. It wasn't how it was when we had 8000 supporters- we didn't even get 20 more supporters every 3 days!

Cave and Mine (or Mine in a Cave)
The first picture is probably just a hole full of water in the cave. The second one is in the regular cave. The third one is probably in the mine. The last on is probably the entrance of the cave. The fourth picture- You could guess that and the rest. Assuming that the Geyser is in "Yellowstone National Park", this might be in Yellowstone National Park too (If it's on the same island).

Geyser
This geyser is probably named "Old Faithful" that takes place in "Yellowstone National Park", Wyoming (In the Map)" Like the one in real life because the first picture includes "Faithful" and "Old". Secondly, the last picture has a timer that says: "Countdown to next eruption" and the timer is at 60- The real Old Faithful can take that long to erupt. So that's 2nd Clue. The second picture is probably just the park rangers.

Mocktropica Island Cont. I was looking at the daily pop and a found this picture:  |
And at the top of the screen, it said Scene: POPTROPICA/SCENE/MOCKTROPICA/
MAINSTREET.WIP - That sounds like a URL or A File. The part that most interested me was the "MOCKTROPICA/MAINSTREET" part. Is Mocktropica going to be an island??? But that's not all I have more. Firstly, I researched the .WIP part
and it told me it's a file extension for some program. For more proof I typed in
Mocktropicaisland.com, and it forwarded me to Poptropica.
It looks like the pictures to the right might be part of "Mocktropica Island"- Especially the blue "P" because it looks like the help on the computer that I put a picure of on the home page. That's all! ;) |

New Poptropica books out tomorrow -- including the Island Creator Kit!
The Island Creator Kit will take you step-by-step through the process of making a new Island. It's a great activity book on its own -- but don't forget about the "Create Your Dream Island" contest! We're opening up submissions and will choose one player's spectacular Island to create on Poptropica for everyone to play.
You don't need to buy the book in order to enter the contest (you can read the rules and get a free entry form from our friends at Penguin), but following the steps outlined in the Island Creator Kit will certainly give you a leg up on the competition!
We're also releasing Poptropica Friends: Quizzes and Activities for You, Your Friends, & Your Life. This is an activity book that asks a lot of questions about you and the people around you. You may even need their help to fill it all out! And who knows, when you're done, you might have learned a little more about yourself and your friends.
Rounding out the new releases are illustrated novels based on two of our best Islands, Lunar Colony and Cryptids Island. They'll bring these adventures to life in a whole new way.
We're really proud of all of these books. We hope you enjoy them!

This sneak peek is quite interesting. It looks like a common/multiverse room that will come up in the future. But wait, in the description there is a part that says "Lost Level". Is this a room that was never released or does it mean something else.

Tricks
1. Ctrl + Shift + R: Completely randomizes your Poptropica character (may or may not acquire a handheld item, such as a basketball or cell phone) – you will lose your current outfit!
2. Ctrl + Shift + P: Character wears a pumpkin mask (MIGHT NOT WORK)
3. Ctrl + Shift + S: Changes your character’s skin color
4. Ctrl + Shift + H: Changes your character’s hair color (at first it may just show some computer history, but click on the Poptropica screen once and press “H” only and it’ll change hair color)
5. Ctrl + Shift + 1: Character does the laughing emote
6. Ctrl + Shift + 2: Character does the crying emote
7. Ctrl + Shift + 3: Character does the angry emote
8. Ctrl + Shift + 4: Character does the jumping emote
9. Ctrl + Shift + F6: Randomizes character (same as Ctrl + Shift + R, above)
10. Ctrl + Shift + F10: Pauses game
11. Press “S” to skip a character’s speech bubble when he or she is talking. You may have to click on the screen to get it to work.
